Winter is certainly not the most popular time to visit northern Europe and for many good reasons, its cold and dark, no beautiful flowers in bloom, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t beautiful in its own way. If you want to avoid the crowds winter is a great time to visit Europe and there are so many beautiful buildings to visit, museums to stroll, and cozy restaurants to warm up in, you won’t run out of things to do.
